Description:

Equipped in handling modern cost efficient construction technologies and developing project schedules. Experienced in contract administration Comfortable with MS Projects, Autocad Assist manager in development of Project Budget, schedule. Liaise with Design consultants and collate the design brief and design package. Attend Design meetings along with SPM and PM and manage the deliverables agreed Design Co-ordination, RFIs- Onsite Design team interface Project Delivery & Close out Inputs for Base build program monitoring Monitoring and rectification of base build snagging items Conduct pre qualification of trade package vendors. Manage the development of tender package from Consultants. Formally instruct the contractor and prepare the contract documents for signing by all parties (Standard Contract). Liaise, monitor and coordinate other professional consultants (M&E and Structural Engineers). Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess programme and quality. Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team. Undertake periodic valuations, assess contractors financial claims and process payments to contractor through the clients organization. Skills:

The requirements are:
• BE – Civil from a Recognized University/ IIT/ REC
• Work Experience – 3 – 9 yrs
• Preferably an MBA, M Tech, MBA, Construction Management etc.
• Should have handled commercial/ industrial/hotel/ projects like: Corporate Offices for MNC, IT Parks, Software buildings projects
• Should have in depth technical knowledge and good communication skill.
